Attention Dog Owners!

Please remember to pick up after your dogs to keep our community looking good and sanitary.  Pet waste stations are located throughout our neighborhood and are well maintained by "Doody Calls."  Please use the bags and trash bins provided and do not leave waste or throw bags in the storm sewers, which results in additional costs to the HOA.   Please abide by our HOA rules and avoid fines of up to $200 from Fairfax County by simply doing the responsible thing and cleaning up after your pet.

Reminder - prevent trash from getting blown away

As the spring winds pick up we wanted to issue this reminder to secure your trash and recyclables when you put them out for pickup.  Think about winds that might blow your refuse around the neighborhood while your bins are out waiting to be emptied.  Keep your trash bins closed and pile or bag your recyclables in such a way that they are secure.  This will go a long way toward preventing trash from being distributed around the neighborhood.

Thanks!
